Our sauvignon wine is a delicate lemon-yellow colour. The flower is softer, but just right, varietally clear and youthful. It smells of elderberry, hay, lemon and green pepper. The wine is dry, fuller-bodied, and has a light oily texture. A slightly richer style, which also nicely preserves the varietal characteristics in the mouth.
