Description
Our Merlot Riserva is distinguished by a pleasant fruity floral note, reminiscent of ripe forest fruits. It is deep ruby with purple hues. A harmonious and rich taste with a long finish rounds off its story, which will last for years. After four weeks of maceration, the wine then rests on its fine lees for two years in new and used barriques and 500-litre barrels. Then it rests in bottles for another six months before going on the market.
Food pairings: game, brodette, steak, lamb and chilli con carne.
