Description
Named by reference to our unique location this sought-after red is a blend of two varieties, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The ratio is approximately 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. We use only the best barrels to prepare this variety, as we want to complete the story of our red wines with this wine. It has a deep ruby colour with purple hues. The fruity aromas remind us of ripe and dark fruits, and this continues in the mouth and with a long aftertaste. Tannins and acidity are nicely rounded, which allows the wine to mature in the bottle for several years.
Food pairings: game, brodette, steak, lamb, chilli con carne, pepper steak, truffle steak and tournedos Rossini.
