Description
A harmonious, calm, long Chardonnay that says even more in the mouth than on the nose. Produced using cold maceration for twelve hours, followed by maturation on fine lees for seventeen months in used and new barriques and 500-litre barrels. The wine is a delicate golden yellow colour. The flower is medium-strong, reminiscent of lime, white flowers, a bit of wet stone. In the mouth, the wine is dry, more robust, with an oily texture, a nice fruit charge and nice acids.
Food pairings: veal steak, raw tuna, sushi, lamb and veal from under the oven.
